I love the movies too but you can't deny they did rip off HP.
Here's what i told one of my friends:
1) Dumbledore died to save Harry and he was lured to his death by the deatheaters in order to save whoever they were pretendin to kill (just like megatron who lured optimus in order to save sam, when all along it was a trap)
2) Jetfire: an old decepticon turned autobot, cuz he didnt like all the fightin and want of power, who told sam what they needed to know about the matrix and whatever. Professor Slughorn: a former slytherin and defence against the darks arts teacher who's fav student was voldemort and who unknowingly told voldy how to escape death who later on realisin what he did told harry everything so harry knew how to kill voldemort!
3) Voldemort avada kedavrad (killed) Harry; Megatron cannoned Sam. Both of them went to some sort of weird different plane thing. In HP dumbledore was there explainin to Harry it is his destiny to kill voldemort, it always was and he can go back n do it (altho he jus freakin got avada kedavrad) In T2 the primes tell sam the same thing!!!
